The project «Let’s talk about…ME!» will allow paticipants to gain an experience in preparing themself into their future careers! We want to open up new opportunities, possessions of new qualifications and skills for youth.
We would bring the topic of proper CV creation, also how to shine in the job interview.
We will answer the question: «Should I be worry about my social media when appling for a job?» as well as «How important are SM in the process of the recrutment?».

Furthermore, we are going to explore LinkedIn world: How to set up a profile, which content is approperiate in this platform in order that our participants will have ready account to rule the market of empleyees.
Afterwards, we will focus on selfbranding and we are going to prepare elevator speaches!
Our experts will help everyone to achieve that!

Last but not least, there will be planty opportunities to not only sightseeing 3city, which consist of Gdynia, Sopot, Gdańsk but also meet incredible people from all around Europe!

All activities during the project will use tools and techniques of non-formal education. The project will enable international cooperation and the exchange of good practices and the principles of «lifelong learning» and qualification and social integration through the involvement of participants without age limits.

About the association

Association Youth Human Impact is an organization that gives young people creative opportunities for self-education and personal development in order to find a passion for acting. We strive to arouse among our members the entrepreneurial attitude and sense of initiative.

We organize educational projects both in Poland and abroad.

We work in an unconventional way and focus on non-formal education.

The Youth Human Impact Association places a strong emphasis on educating youth in its activities. We build and give opportunities to gain knowledge and skills that are not offered in the traditional school system. We give them the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills that will be used by them in everyday life: private and professional. In this way, we create
the opportunity to enter the job market more easily. We always involve young people in our activities while struggling with various obstacles: geographical, economic, social.

We believe that everyone is equal and has the same right to acquire knowledge and education.

– Learning about cultural diversity in the countries of the partner organizations;
– Exchange of experience on the impact and operation of social media channels in all partner countries

Each national team consists of 5 participants (1 group leader and 4 members). Partner organisations are responsible for recruitment. Please pay attention to the above criteria!

Please pay attention that personal data are protected by European Union law. During the project participants will also receive to sign the consent for using the data.

Responsibilities of the participants during and after the project

– All participants are expected to participate fully in all activities unless they are ill.
– Unexcused absences from classes and workshops are not permitted.
– Workshops are organized and conducted in such a way that all participants can share their point of view. We expect you to be very active and involved.
– Participants are required to promote the project and share the results achieved.

Travel costs are reimbursed under the condition of participation in all activities. Travel expenses are reimbursed up to 60 days from the date of receipt by Youth Human Impact of the results of the project dissemination activities, and a complete set of documents such as travel reimbursement forms and original tickets.
Only class II or Economy Class tickets are eligible for reimbursement of costs. Taxi, car and public transport are not eligible for reimbursement.

You must send us a plan of your trip and a confirmation of your purchase, otherwise, we may treat it as a cancellation of your participation.

Reimbursement of travel costs will be sent individually to participants from Poland, while to participants from all countries—to the bank account of the sending organization, not individually.

More information about the travel reimbursement procedure and all necessary forms will be provided during the project.

– All information about the pandemic situation and entry into Poland and the required tests can be found on the government websites of your country (e. g. Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
– The test must be performed at least 24 hours, maximum 72 hours -depending on the test performed – before arrival (!)
– There is no curfew in Poland, but you have to wear a mask – the latest regulation says that masks are obligatory indoors. Outside, you don’t have to wear a mask.
– The best connection you can choose is direct to Poland. Avoid connecting flights (if possible)
– Mind your flight connections, some countries could require a PCR test.
– Depending on your country of residence and your flight connections you must make a PCR or a fast test. Check your country measures here: https://reopen.europa.eu/
– All covid tests are not covered by the Youth Human Imapct Association
– If you result positive to covid before your departure we cannot assist you economically during your isolation period.
– Respect all covid regulations (distancing, mask) and avoid contacts with strangers to keep the group safe.

As a member of the European Union, Poland has agreements for the recognition of insurance systems.
Those who possess a European insurance card should therefore be covered for illness and accidents in the same way as they are in their country, please bring with you this card

The currency in Poland is ZLOTY.
Most used credit cards are American Express, Visa and MasterCard/EuroCard.

In Poland silent hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

In Poland, there is a total ban on drinking alcohol in public places such as railway stations, parks, streets.
Breaking this law threatens the mandate of the altitudes of 100 zł = 25 euro

In Poland, there is also a ban on smoking in public places such as cinemas, theaters, railway stations, airports, and bus stops. Sometimes in these places it is a special place for smoking.

Before coming to Poland, check the weather – September
is a variable month. One day we have sunny , the other day it can rain. Take appropriate clothing.

Once you have approved your participation you will receive an application form and you must complete it till 08.08.2022. Application
form will be available on Facebook group.

There will be cultural evenings during the project.
Before arrival prepare a quick presentation (max 10 min) about your country and a short quiz. Take your flag and national symbols.
Don’t forget about national food 🙂

If you have any special needs, inform the
leader as soon as possible. The leader should pass this information to the coordinator – Angelika Trawczyńska.

Reimbursement of travel expenses will be
sent to the sending organisation – not individually.

Each project participant should have a laptop with him/her in order to fully participate in activities during the project.
As a last resort, at least one laptop per country.

The project promoter will charge up to 10 EUR to project participants for administrative costs such as travel reimbursement and other bank and administrative costs beyond the responsibility of the promoter.
